Orlando Kicks FC Joins the Women’s Premier Soccer League – sportsman country

Founded by Robbie Aristodemo, a former Canadian National Team standout and professional soccer player, the Orlando Kicks FC are excited about once again competing in the most prestigious and largest women’s soccer league in the world.

The Kicks played in the WPSL from 2016-17. It will be part of a competitive Sunshine Conference that featured eight clubs across the Florida Peninsula in 2018.

“Our ownership group and staff are very excited about this great opportunity to return to the WPSL,” Aristodemo said. “Our league championship in 2016 was a great indication that we are a club that has high hopes and ambitions.  This team will allow many of Central Florida’s best and brightest soccer players to train and compete with some of the nation’s best soccer players.”

Orlando Kicks FC will hold tryouts April 21st andApril 28th at Montverde Academy. Tryout times will be released within the next few weeks on the Orlando Kicks FC website at orlandokicks.com.  The team will begin play in May 2019.  Schedule and ticket information will be released soon via the Orlando Kicks FC website.

The Florida State Seminoles Dallas Dorosy scored the only & winning goal in the 60th minute to give Florida State it’s second championship in school history. Orlando Kicks Finish The Season Undefeated; Earn 2nd Championship in Last 3 Years! – sportsman country

Clermont, Florida – The Orlando Kicks finish the 2018 summer season on top of the league table undefeated. The Kicks outscored their opponents by a 35 to 7 margin and recorded 3 shutouts during the season.  Undefeated in 2 out of their 3 years, earning 2 championships & a runner up finish is a fantastic achievement. The ownership is extremely proud of all the players and staff who have accomplished this amazing run. We will continue to push the envelope to further develop our program and culture for the Kicks moving forward!

The Orlando Kicks FC announced a brand new UWS team that launched on March 31, 2018. The Orlando Kicks FC program provides elite level training and a competitive game environment for collegiate players during their off season. Players will practice 2-3 times a week and play competitive games in the Southeast Conference of the United Women’s Soccer League (UWS).

Those taking part in the Orlando Kicks FC program have the opportunity to train, learn and play alongside other elite level players.

Florida State University Goalkeeper Brooke Bollinger Joins the Orlando Kicks FC – sportsman country

Clermont, Florida – Florida State University Goalkeeper Brooke Bollinger joins the Orlando Kicks FC. Brooke is a graduate of Melbourne High School who played club soccer with Indialantic Force, Space Coast Unite & Orlando City.  She was a member of the Florida ODP team in 2012 & 2013 and a member of the youth national team since 2013; at the U15, U17 & U19 level. She redshirted for Florida State in the 2017 season.

“We are looking forward to having Brooke join the Kicks for the last part of the season. Her goalkeeping skills will definitely be an asset to the program leading into the playoffs” said Coach Aristodemo.
