What you will love here, though, is the full-blooded graphic card. Since the graphics card is from NVIDIA, one can only surmise that you will have a good unit for web-based games.
Amazon Fire
Next on our list is the Amazon Fire, the latest of which is the Amazon Fire 7. Technically, it is not a laptop, but it is a tablet. People say that it can replace your laptop, but we will see about that.
Amazon first released a tablet in 2011. From then on, it has become the default tablet of choice for shoppers on a tight budget. The Fire 7 is the latest addition that people say is the best tablet under $50.
On the outside, it looks like its predecessors. What we want to look into is what Amazon did to improve its performance. As the name suggests, this is a 7-inch tablet, but the display is only 1,020 by 600. This means that it has a low pixel density. It is great for indoor use but not for outdoor use.
Here are the specs:
- The operating system is a customized Android 5.1 (Lollipop).
- Uses the Mediatek MT8127 chipset.
- For its processor, you get a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7.
- You have the option between 8GB and 16GB of RAM.
As you can see from these specs, it is a tablet that you can use for basic browsing and gaming. Being powered by Android means it is not ideal for really heavy computer use. You cannot install games here, and you also cannot install any program that was meant for Windows and MAC.
